These Terms & Conditions apply to products and services purchased from Jay Forden | The Reset Loop®. By purchasing a product or service through this website, you agree to these terms.

Products & Services

Products and services available through this website may include books, leadership diagnostics, individual coaching sessions and ongoing coaching subscriptions.

Prices and the details of what is included are displayed on the relevant product or service page at the time of purchase.

Payment

Payment is required at the point of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Performance Partner is a three-month coaching engagement at the price displayed at purchase. The total commitment is three months and the engagement ends automatically at the end of that period unless otherwise agreed.

Coaching & Diagnostics

Coaching sessions and diagnostics are designed to support leadership development, decision making, performance and personal development.

They don’t constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for your decisions, actions and results.

Booking & Rescheduling

Where a service requires an appointment, booking arrangements will be agreed following purchase.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide as much notice as reasonably possible. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being treated as used.

Cancellations & Refunds

Your statutory rights aren’t affected by these terms.

Where you purchase services online, you may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days. If you ask for a service to begin during this cancellation period, you may be required to pay for any service already provided if you subsequently cancel.

Any cancellation outside your statutory rights will be considered in accordance with the terms of the service purchased.

Performance Partner

Performance Partner is a three-month coaching engagement at £850 per month, with a total cost of £2,550.

The engagement includes the coaching and support described on the website at the time of purchase.

The engagement ends automatically at the end of the three-month period and does not automatically renew. Any continuation beyond the initial three months will be agreed separately.

Your statutory cancellation rights aren’t affected by these terms.

Shipping

Physical products are normally dispatched for delivery within:

UK: 3–5 working days
Europe: 7–10 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an incorrect address is supplied, additional delivery costs may apply.

Returns

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it.

For online purchases, consumers have statutory cancellation and return rights. Generally, customers have 14 days after receiving goods to notify the seller that they wish to cancel and a further 14 days to return them.

We also accept returns of books within 30 days of receipt provided they are returned in their original condition.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Intellectual Property

The Reset Loop®, RESET and associated materials, frameworks, written content and coaching resources are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Materials provided through coaching, diagnostics or this website are for your personal or internal business use and may not be reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. However, coaching outcomes depend on individual circumstances and implementation, and specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your statutory consumer rights. UK consumer law requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. The version applicable to your purchase will be the version available at the time your order is placed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
